O'Connor Hospital Dietary Department

The Mission of the Dietary Department is to provide excellence in service for patient care, to serve nutritionally adequate meals according to physician’s written orders, and to provide dietetic and nutritional counseling to both in-patients and out-patients.

In this mission, we utilize the most current and up to date technology available providing patient nutritional care, while achieving the standards set by regulating agencies such as the Department of Health, Joint Commission Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

We make available the means to assess, monitor, maintain, and regain the health of the patient, either directly through them, his or her caretaker, or by their family.
